  • Passion for working with people
  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting IT professionals
  • Experience with international companies and candidates is a plus
  • Fluent English both oral and written is a must have
  • Profound experience in actively searching and headhunting candidates
  • Excellence in conducting interviews
  • Very good understanding of the Spanish IT job market
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Confident communicating with customers
  • Ability to continuously improve a systematic recruiting process in every detail
