YOUR ROLE

  • Overseeing all administrative activities across the business as contact person between management and wider team
  • Privy to extremely confidential and sensitive company information, ensuring confidentiality at all times
  • Ad-hoc project management such as office space planning and internal moves
  • Support the management with finance administration / document creation
  • Event management for corporate events, social evenings and conferences
  • Office and facilities management – stationery ordering / office supplies / food / landlord liaison

YOU BRING IN

  • Fluent English and Spanish both oral and written is a must-have
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Tech-savvy – confident using Mac OS, Google Docs and/or MS Office, etc.
  • Highly organised and able to multitask even on short notice
  • Experience and ability to communicate with senior management, ensuring confidentiality at all times
  • Self-confident and engaging presence complemented by strong social and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and strong service concept combined with a high level of commitment
  • A college or university degree is a nice-to-have
