Global Network Manager

Job responsibilities
*Manage our Network team by defining objectives, priorities and activities; complete the evaluation process of the team to support our Clients strategy.
*Prepare and define the budget for your team.
*Support our Clients Network strategy by supporting existing and new services.
*Conducts and/or participate to new projects
*Define and provide Network KPI’s
*Your scope of responsibilities is LAN, MAN, WAN, PBX and Network associated services.
*Guide, communicate and support regions, EMEA, US/LAT & ASIA with governance
*follow the IS Change Management guidelines and processes
*Pro-actively contribute and support the Global Infrastructure Services to increase its efficiency and its objectives
*Manage your respective vendors


*Bachelor’s degree in business management, computer science or related field
*5 to 10 years experience in supporting Network environment
*3-5 years experience in managing global projects
*Proven track record of managing a team
*Excellent organizational and coordination skills
*Strong Network products knowledge
*Strong understandings of global IT architecture
*Excellent services oriented mindset
*Flexible and strong responsive to change
*Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
*Ease to work in a multi-national and multi-cultural environment
